Shipping Policy

Shipping Within South Africa

Scents By Kamo ships to all areas within South Africa using The Courier Guy, a trusted and reliable courier service.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: R99 (4-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping: R170 (2-3 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R700 qualify for free standard shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 4-5 business days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may experience slight delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through The Courier Guy's tracking system.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, The Courier Guy will leave a notification. Please follow the instructions to arrange redelivery or collection. Packages not collected within the specified timeframe may be returned to us, and you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 7 days at orders@scentsbykamo.co.za with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.
