Refund & Return Policy

At Scents By Kamo, we take pride in the quality of every product we craft. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products (fragrance, aromatherapy, and personal care items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is in line with health and hygiene standards.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@scentsbykamo.co.za with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange to send the correct product at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

Processing Time Approved replacements or store credits are processed within 5–7 business days.
