Shipping & Delivery
We are committed to getting your favorite scents to you as quickly and safely as possible.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping across South Africa. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location (Main centers like Johannesburg and Pretoria are often faster).
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our fragrance products (diffusers, room sprays, and balms), we have specific guidelines for returns:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at admin@scentsbykamo.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly replace it for you.
- Change of Mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.
- Unopened Items: If the product is still in its original, sealed packaging, you may return it within 7 days for a store credit (shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer).
