Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to getting your favorite scents to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping across South Africa. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location (Main centers like Johannesburg and Pretoria are often faster).
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our fragrance products (diffusers, room sprays, and balms), we have specific guidelines for returns:

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at admin@scentsbykamo.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly replace it for you.
Change of Mind: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.
Unopened Items: If the product is still in its original, sealed packaging, you may return it within 7 days for a store credit (shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer).
